so i just binged a bunch of your videos, and i gotta say, i really appreciate the amount of knowledge i have gained about native americans. i'm german, and we don't learn any of this in school (which i think is a massive shame, we spend almost 2 years learning about us-american history without ANY mention of the natives beyond "they were displaced by the settlers") and your videos have showed me the vast amount of native history i know nothing about. i'm now studying history in university in germany and i wish we could choose classes about the native people of north america, but they're usually not offered. your videos have awakened a thirst of knowledge in me and also educated me about so many current day native american issues as well, which aren't really talked about here. if anyone can recommend some more youtubers educating about native american issues and history, please do! i would highly appreciate it :) i really appreciate how respectful you talk about this and the native history segments are my favorite part of your videos!

I think the guy probably had a heart attack, he wasn’t able to call out and he feared that he was going to pass out and fall and the dead weight from his body could compromise the safety of the two people ahead of him so he unclipped and slid back down to the nearest ledge and hoped they would come back down and find him, and they may have been extremely close to him when they did come back down to look for him but he may have just wandered enough off of the path they took up that they didn’t see him.

I live near an air national guard base, they would visit our schools quite a bit for recruitment and one time they brought with them some MREs…can confirm they are nasty.
